Q: Does the price change as I add more employees?

No. Both Basic and Pro are flat-rate — one price regardless of how many employees you have. Whether you have 1 or 150, you pay the same.

Q: Is there a contract or minimum term?

No contract. If you choose monthly billing, you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months, but there's no long-term commitment beyond that.
